The need for new and/or different systems to support a company‘s growth is not avoidable. It has the facility to hold pieces of information like your debts, mortgages, and many more financial obligations. Most spreadsheets also have a support system for future plans. For example, aside from allotting your money for present expenses, they also guide you if ever you wish to purchase a car or a new home in the near future.

Examples of third party evidence would be sales invoices, purchases invoices and bank statements.
